Surrounded by mature trees and rolling fields, the house offers a quiet connection to nature. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a light filled open plan living/ dining room, the house is perfect to celebrate a special occasion or weekend getaway with friends and family. A guest cottage and treehouse is also available to rent on the property from mid April -end Oct.

The main bedroom has a queen- size bed, vaulted ceilings with original beam work and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
The second guest bedroom has two twin xl beds (these can be converted to a king upon request)
The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with large closet and desk
The upstairs floor is equipped with a full bathroom and tub, washer/ dryer and linen closet.
In addition to the large open plan living room and kitchen, the downstairs floor also has a powder room and sitting room with large sofa and smart TV. Please see floor plans and estate aerial plan for more details of layout

Please note, on a weekly basis we have landscapers that mow the lawns and someone that cleans the hot tub. While we try to schedule this around guest stays sometimes this is not possible.
Guests may bring up to one pet for a $100 pet fee. This fee is used for an allergen cleaning to keep the space comfortable for future guests. Unfortunately we do not allow multiple pets.
